My friend Amy was hosting a baby shower for her best friend Peaches and they allowed me to tag along. LOVE showers!! Everybody is happy, there is yummy food, presents, cake, games….and did I mention food???
While browsing Pinterest, there were some yummy looking sandwiches (and you all know I LOVE things on a stick (see our Antipasto Kabobs) – even if it’s a toothpick!) but Amy’s mom Shirley came up with these great little sandwiches that were pretty ….and yummy, too.
Baby Shower Finger Sandwiches
Tomatoes- Cucumbers
- Mozzarella Balls (we used these cute tiny ones but you can cut bigger ones in 1/2)
- Adorable toothpicks
- Dove Chocolate Discoveries Raspberry Vinaigrette
- Lunch meat (your choice)
- Optional: salt and pepper to taste
Clean and slice your cucumbers and tomatoes then stack- adding the mozzarella ball on top. Pierce with your toothpick, add salt & pepper to taste, then place on a platter that has been drizzled with Dove Chocolate Discoveries Raspberry Vinaigrette which really makes the sandwich (By the way, Amy is the #1 Dove Chocolate Discoveries Rep in WA State!). Serve and enjoy! And thanks for letting me attend your shower Peaches
