This recipe was made by my friend Lisa over at BabyCakes By Lisa for their 4th Of July BBQ (she makes the CUTEST Diaper Cakes which are available for orders- see photo at the bottom!). Lisa found this recipe on the BEST food site- Pinterest

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
24 ice cream sandwiches- 1 container Cool Whip
- Caramel drizzle
- Bag of Reece’s Peanut Butter Mini Cups (or your favorite candy)
Line a pan with foil so you can easily pull it out of the pan for cutting (may need to break sandwiches in half). Lay down 12 ice cream sandwiches, layer half the cool whip, caramel drizzle and Reece’s Cups chopped up. Then repeate and layer another 12 sandwiches, add rest of cool whip, drizzle more caramel and sprinkle cups. Cover with foil and freeze. Mmmm good!
