Review: Neutrogena Products To Make You Look More Rested…plus coupon!
Couple weeks ago I got THE.BEST box of goodies from Neutrogena! Inside was a couple tinted lip balms, an eyeliner and an eye perfector….and coupons! For a limited time, you can also get a $2.00 coupon here. Don’t say I never gave you anything
Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm
There are a couple reasons I am loving this lip balm. First off, I have a hard time with lipstick. I know there are some great brands out there but overall they seem thick, the color is a little harsh, and they wear off unevenly. Doesn’t happen with this tinted lip balm! I was given two colors- Sunny Berry 30 which is a darker color and Petal Glow 40 that is more natural. Besides having an SPF 20 (which is HUGE- always wear your sunscreen!), these balms have
patent pending ingredient that instantly moisturizes your lips- making them fuller. They claim that after using for one week, it will improve the skin texture and restores your natural rosiness and I can tell the difference. I don’t fell the need to reach for a lip balm before going to bed! I only wish that it came non-colored (there is a shimmer though) for Hubby…he could so use this. In the beginning, I found the tube shape a tad harder to put on than normal lip balm (it’s oval) so I butchered it but now I’m used to it and it’s easy to find when I’m digging around in my purse!
Neutrogena Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector SPF 25
I’m a total fanatic about my morning/evening routine. Even if I’ve had a little too much fun that night
I still use all my steps when it’s bedtime! Though with all of my lotions, it doesn’t do you much good if you don’t get enough sleep (guilty!). So I found this Eye Perfector from Neutrogena a perfect finishing touch. It instantly brightens and smoothes the are for a “well-rested look”. As a last step after putting on your makeup (or you can use if skipping makeup that day), you can apply this under your eye, on lids, and on the brow bone or inner corners to help illuminate the area. Besides the brighteners, there is also a silky formula that evens out the skin tone, concealing dark circles. I’ve noticed recently a darkening in my inner lid area so this has been a huge help! And for those of you with sensitive eyes, it’s safe for you and contact wearers! It does take quite a few twists to get the product to come out of the tube (they say ten but it was around thirty) but once it’s coming out, you’re set! just be careful to apply with a light hand- you can always add more.
Neutrogena Nourishing Eyeliner
I have a friend who doesn’t wear eyeliner because they feel they have too small of eyes. The thing is, eyeliner is not to outline that you HAVE an eye but should be a “shadow” to your lashes to help your eyes look bigger so I try not to skip my liner- even if it’s just on the top lids! I’m really happy about this eyeliner from Neutrogena. The couple I have right now are wooden and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve scraped my lid when it should have been sharpened. With the roll-up feature, you don’t get that. Usually though, roll ups become dull and rounded but this one has a BUILT-IN sharpener which was a huge plus! The smudger is a great tool too…making putting on eyeliner fool-proof- no more crooked lines! Plus, if you make the liner thicker, the smudger gives it a more dramatic flair. The other feature that I liked with the light diffusers. With three kids and a busy life, I don’t get much sleep so any trick helps so if an eyeliner makes the whites of my eyes appear whiter (and me more rested), I’m hooked.
So if you are rushing out the door, chances are you didn’t get enough sleep so at least carry the Eyeliner (and a mascara wouldn’t hurt- I’m sporting my new lash extensions), Perfector and Lip Balm to help you look more rested…plus you won’t have a naked face!

Me with unwashed hair after a busy week wearing just Eye Perfector, Eyeliner, and Lip Balm- all from Neutrogena!
I’m a BzzAgent and received a product sample, coupon, collateral or other special premium from BzzAgent to try this product.
