The Hungry Housewives
Most of us have seen the Veggie Shot Glasses on Pinterest (we made them at our Wine Tasting Reveal Party) but this is a nice twist: Fruit Dip Cups!
We were at a Spring Kick Off recently and Autumn from Eclectic Events had these darling little healthy Fruit And Yogurt appetizers! All you need to do is clean the fruit and put into bite-size pieces. Taking a clear plastic cup, put about 1-1 1/2″ of your choice of fruit dip or yogurt into the bottom and then stack the fruit on top. Serve right away! Not only are these great for events, they make healthy after-school snacks. They would also be cute served with fancy long toothpicks or plastic swords (perfect for a pirate theme!) which would be helpful digging out those grapes.
