What do you do when you realize your croissants are soon to expire? Have a massive stuffed croissant party! True, was just a party of three (Hubby, me and the teenager….6yr old doesn’t eat) but we had fun trying different ways to make these….we could have done this all week!

Coconut ‘n Chocolate Croissants

“The chocolate toned down saltiness of croissants. Rich and chocolate-y with a subtle coconut flavor that provided a nice texture” ~ Hubby

  • 1 package Pillsbury Croissants
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 15 or so chocolate chips per croissant

Roll out your croissants and push chocolate chips onto each one- pushing down slightly to make sure it stays when rolling. Sprinkle coconut inside then roll tightly then put a single chip on the top. Bake according to package directions.

Nutella ‘n Hazelnut Croissants

“This one is really good- I really like the nuts in it…The two ingredients compliment each other- just the right amount of sweetness. The hazelnuts are nice because it’s like eating a chunky-style Nutella- and it doesn’t get better than that!” ~ Hubby

  • 1 package Pillsbury Croissants
  • 6TBS Nutella
  • 3/4 cup hazelnuts

Roll out your croissants and spread your Nutella on each croissant- avoiding the edges. Lightly press hazelnuts randomly and then roll up snuggly adding a single hazelnut to the top. Bake according to package directions.
