The Hungry Housewives
We had a lot of fun at our St. Patrick’s Play Date with the kids couple weeks ago that was hosted by Hungry Housewife Carolyn. Her and her friend Marla made some yummy food including this sweet, light dip that goes great with fresh fruit- Carolyn said it’s always a hit whenever she serves it! You can also put on top of cookies as a “spread” or ……just eat it straight with a spoon. Thank you for sharing!
Cookies ‘n Cream ‘n Cookies Dip
16 oz. heavy whipping cream- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup of crushed villa waffers
- 2 cookies and cream chocolate bars chopped into small pieces
Very simple- whip cream, add the rest of the ingredients, mix and serve!
