I’ve gotten lots of feedback for the video on the Most Brilliant Way To Shuck Corn. Well, if you have a crowd to feed, here is the best way to cook it from bon appetit…..really??? Where have I BEEN?

Here’s How To:

Get a cooler (size depends on your # of ears) wipe it VERY CLEAN

Shuck corn- see the awesome video here

Fill the cooler with corn

Pour boiling water over the corn and close lid

30 minutes later- serve!

The site says that the corn will “remain at the perfect level of doneness for a couple of hours”

Goodness sakes- this is not the best time to remember I just found out I’m allergic to corn LOL
