If you’re looking for a new way way to serve chicken- you just found it! This Kabob recipe you could make on the BBQ but Hungry Housewives Jody just cooked it in the oven. It’s REALLY good and a recipe that my Hubby is lovin’ since he’s going through a curry phase. Enjoy! (Make sure to read to the bottom for the complete menu)



Chicken Kabobs With Polynesian Curry Dip


  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 TBS pure honey
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2-3 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut in bit-sized cubes


  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing and Dip
  • 1/4 cup chutney
  • 1 TBS pure honey
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2-3 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Marinade: in a small bowl, thoroughly combine all marinade ingredients except chicken. Add chicken cubes and marinade, covered, 12 hours in the refrigerator. Dip: in a small bowl, stir together dip ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Thread about three chicken cubes on each kabob skewer. Place on a baking sheet and broil about four minutes per side or until chicken is cooked. Place kabobs on a platter and serve with the dip. Garnish kabobs with sesame seeds if desired.

Makes 6 appetizer servings.
